Support your local butcher, while enjoying great beer!

The highly-anticipated opening of local Ballard butcher shop, Beast & Cleaver, is still months away, but guests of the beer hall will have the opportunity to meet mastermind and owner Kevin Smith on August 19! Come taste samples of what will be on offer at his artisanal butcher shop, as well as a special menu curated by he and Skål’s own Executive Chef Jon that will showcase flavors of Scandinavia, combined with the traditional cooking techniques of an English chef.
