Calling all wanna be Nordic cookie Bakers, we’ve got a brand new class for you!!

Join us Sunday October 13th at the Leif Erikson Hall for an informal demonstration of how to make two simple Nordic cookies.

The cost is FREE if you commit to baking for an event at the Leif Erikson Lodge, Swedish Club or Nordic Museum. Recipes will be provided for you to take home, there will be hints, tips and specific instructions – like what type of flour to use and how to find ammonium bicarbonate!!

The class is limited to 12 participants with at minimum 4 participants required for the class to take place.
