Get ready for Mead Madness! Æsir Meadery, Hierophant Meadery Green Bluff, and Oppegaard Meadery invade the beer hall on Sunday evening 3/8 for a six course dinner and mead pairing worthy of the gods! Five courses will include a 3oz mead pour from our WA brethren.

The menu for the evening includes:

Warm Up: Sour cherry and mushroom arancini with gjetost cream sauce paired with Hierophant Cherry Bochet mead

From the Garden: Watermelon and feta salad with roasted pepitas and Za’atar vinaigrette paired with Aesir Pomegranate mead

From the Sea: Truffled fish and chips paired with Æsir Chili and Black Tea mead

Intermezzo: Oppegaard Dragon’s Blood and Ginger Sorbet

From the Pasture: Lamb rib mole with masa grits paired with Oppegaard Cumin and Red Pepper mead
From the Baker: Pistachio and cardamom rice pudding paired with Hierophant Chai mead
