Byen Bakeri is known for crafting fresh Scandinavian-style pastries, cakes, cookies and lunch offerings from scratch, including specialties such as Kringle, Kransekake and marzipan cakes like Princesstårta. Byen’s specialty bakery team also creates a variety of artisan breads throughout the day. Byen Bakeri proudly serves Seattle area neighborhoods from its North Queen Anne location on Nickerson Avenue (near Seattle Pacific University).
