Dane Camp for Little Vikings involves five fun days of Danish culture and language in an atmosphere designed for children ages 5 to 10.

Danish Language and Culture

Join us for exciting days of crafts and activities related to a rotating theme. Camp is led by Danish teacher, Pia Beetham.

The 2018 theme is: COPENHAGEN!
This year children will learn about Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. This will include exploring fairy tales by H.C. Andersen, such as The Little Mermaid and others.

Dane Camp offers:

• Daily Danish language and culture lessons
• Danish arts and crafts
• Outdoor/indoor sports and games
• An introduction to traditional Danish food

Camp Date and Time

Dane Camp 2018 is from August 6th to August 10th.
Each day camp is from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
For an additional fee, playtime is available before and after Dane Camp, between 8:00 am and 9:00 am and between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

$225 per child for NWDA Members
$250 per child for Non-Members
