End a summer weekend with our Valhalla Dinner Series! For our next dinner, we welcome our friends from Aslan Brewing in beautiful Bellingham, WA. They join us on Sunday 8/15 for a five course dinner and beer pairing worthy of the gods! There will be two sessions at 2p and 6p.
Aslan is one of our favorite breweries in the state. We are stoked to be featuring a wide range of their beers, including some hard to find limited releases. All five courses will include a 5-8oz beer pour. The menu for the evening includes:
Warm Up: Plantain Fritters with Salsa Verde paired with Cosmic Dreams IPA
From the Cauldron: Chilled Mixed Berry Soup paired with Strawberry- Habanero Disco Lemonade
From the Sea: Grilled Mahi Mahi & pickled pineapple paired with Captain Ron IPA
From the Pasture: Roasted Rabbit with hominy paired with Lupulin Saloon California Common
From the Baker: Orange Glazed Molasses cookies paired with KMR spiced brown ale
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the brewers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting.
